★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. No hot water provided. If you ask for hot water they will give you bucket heater.
2. Mosquitoes are there. And they won't provide ALLOUT or others.
3. Complementary breakfast is not worthy.
4. Speaking to Customers is good and they guide for locations well.
5. They took my mobile and they trying to post feedback as 5 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel with amazing ecperience. People are very good and they help you with all the problems. The manager knows hindi and as a result it is better for mumbaikars to visit and stay in the hotel. Do visit six degrees restaurant which is nearby(just 100m away).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic hotel .we booked inspite of bad ratings as we couldn't get any other , had worst experience. Staff is stupid, blanked smells fowl, no hot water, no table , bathrooms unhygienic. WHEN I CHECKOUT HOTEL MANAGER PLAYED A SMART GAME BY TAKING MY MOBILE AND RATED HIMSELF 5 WITHOUT MY NOTICE . I game him nicely though. Consider this OYO room just to regret later .

This residency is cheap way to stay if u book early
I got vexed up with this residency because
1) STAFF BEHAVIOR? : they never care you. Rude enough you can beat them.
2) ROOMS ?: rooms in the ground floor are worse
They doesn't value your money
And u get cooking disturbance and staff over they stay in the room beside you which is dinning area and the tv sounds from the dining area can be heard to your room which means you can hear live commentary of cricket match clearly
You never have have privacy.
Rooms in first floor are good but the corner rooms are worst again.
3) WATER? : if you want a hot shower u will surely miss because and even feel very terrible because the room beside you will have hot water and u need to share from them.
FINALLY I SAY NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever with OYO Rooms. Staffs are rude, not etall cooperative. Room services not available. Rooms, bathrooms aren't hygienic. Insects are there in the bed, no hot water, no bath kit provided. I told these things to OYO, they also didn't solved my problems. The way staffs were behaving was very ridiculous. The owner behaved as if he is the owner of OYO. I told these problems to him, instead of solving them he told me " please vacate the rooms immediately, i'll not refund the money. I'm the onwer of the hotel, OYO is only my agent".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AFTER 20 YEARS OF MANY MANY VISITS TO GURUVAYUR TEMPLE, city.
1. Location: 10 to 13 minutes of walk to east nada entrance, this is, after leaving footware at cloak room. our age group was of 50 years to 58 years, women and men, included, with a teen aged boy. It is a villa converted to a real top quality service apartment. Marble flooring.
2. The rooms are super clean with awesome comforters and top quality pillows and slips. Good Functional split AC. TV is small wall mounted LED, with cable connection. The free internet connection threw download speed at 45 mbps, whereas upload threw 3.5 mbps. They even provided phone charger, which we forgot, with zero hesitation.
3. The toilets are very clean and the mirrors are cleaned very well. There is parking for few (3-5) full sized luxury cars.
4. We booked through OYO rooms, that ensured toiletries and bottled water as well. They were expecting us.
5. Lastly, most importantly, the rates are super value for money, provided, if you are looking for hygienic accommodation, with clean towels and good people to deal with. If you are one of those super arrogant types and demonstrate don’t care attitude, please stay away.
Be ready to read some provoking notes to keep toilets clean and do not dump stuff down the toilets.
Hope they maintain the quality of service and don’t follow the rest out there.
Highly recommended stay location in Guruvayur. Will Love to stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ entry nd exit is smooth and the owners along with staff are cooperating and respectful also the rooms are neat and clean all the bed items given are well washed it would be more good if were given shampoo and soap which usually to be given, but the problem one faces is it is little far from city and also far from the main road which males you to walk some distance for getting any food items if u make any arrangements u must not have any problem. room is small but good to stay and all the facilities pre described were given. overall a satisfied and comfort stay...

They gave us 3 rooms in 1st floor A1,A2,A6. insects are in 1 room ( A1 room ) on the bed & in cupboards. we asked to change the room. but they didn't respond. they behaved rudely with us. they said that insects are part of the room you have to adjust. at least they didn't even do some hit spray or something. this is worst maintenance and horrible experience.
