Property seems to be pretty new, good maintenance. View of Bay of Bengal from rooms in the upper floor is great.
Excellent Breakfast spread, you should opt for bed & breakfast option while booking.
Staff are very caring.
Room service is good but pricey.
Overall it's money's worth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay in, they offer many things like room service, WiFi, side seen transportation and many other. There is a rule inside the hotel that you can't smoke or drink inside of your room. They offer 24/7 hot water service also that's a good thing. They have their own parking where you can park your vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel. Extremely good service. The staff is courteous and kind. The rooms are aesthetic with wide windows that give you a breathtaking view. The in house restaurant- cascades has a brilliant chef that makes mouthwatering food. Located centrally, it is pretty well connected to the major hubs and the beach. If you don't mind splurging a little, this hotel is really the place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here for 2 days on a business trip. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and is accessible to all facilities. The rooms are spacious and clean. Room service was provided regularly and they did a great job. Their food is rather spicy, but considering you're in Andra Pradesh, it comes as no surprise. However, their breakfast and lunch menu spreads had a lot of variety, the dining area is clean and well maintained. The staff were courteous and pleasant.and it's also near to RK Beach Kailasagiri rushikonda submarine fish museum etc... tq modern villa for guideing me in all aspects I really recommend this hotel strongly

No basic amenities
No Hot water in the early morning, have to wait Sun to charge the cells
Fungus all around the bed and cart
Fixtures are broken
Only tv - channels not available
Free wifi - didn't find anywhere
The most embarrassing is found "CoND*MS" pack behind cart. Even though complained about it no one bothered to take it away.
Overall waste of money... Will never refer any one to book via Ibibo. They dont verify the hotels affiliated to them.
I had to give single star else it would be "0".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic rooms, Photos on the website or fake. Room was stinking, Fungus around the bed, wardrobe was also stinking. The most disgusting part of the room was Condoms packets behind the cart. Its totally disaster choosing the Hotel. The name of the Hotel never match with the way they present.
I didn't expected the GoIBIBO have such kind of hotel tie-up's.
Though i have choosed non AC room, there were no basic amenities and hotel was not properly responded.
Google maps location worng in Goibibo website
I never suggest IBIBO or its affiliated hotels anymore..
Over experience is worst and regrettable...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will stay with family and i found The Hotel was total Un Hygienic not suggest for family. Bathroom was dirty and not to use. Also Room not clean properly. this is like a guest house. Breakfast Quality was Poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was quite good with proper features and the services were also satisfactory, the only reason I am giving it 4 stars is that I felt the room was a bit smaller than mentioned and place is relatively not near major areas but it was not that big of an issue. I enjoyed a couple of days in Modern Villa (Homey Suites).
Overall I would recommend anyone not to hesitate staying here if you're confused.
One of the rooms was big enough for a little party, room services were good enough to get us our needs quickly.
