*First OYO booking experience* So we booked 2 rooms at "OYO 74280 The Dynamic hotel Chattarpur" via OYO (payment made online via UPI, booking id ONXZ0431) on 9 AM on 25th December 2020. After booking we had read the attached google review where a customer wrote that Hotel Manager made him cancel his prepaid booking & pay cash. We arrived at the Hotel at 5pm for checkin. The Reception staff told they haven't received our Booking yet & advised us to speak to OYO by clicking the "Call Hotel" button. When we called, OYO message played and the person picked up and told us "This is a common scenario, it happens due to technical reasons. You have to pay in cash & you will get the refund from OYO after 15-20 days". But as we had read a similar review, we were sure that this is not an OYO representative on the call. However the hotel reception guys told us that is was OYO representative only and we have to pay cash if we want to stay here. Then i googled OYO customer care number and called them, support agent Poonam was assigned to us, the call went on for 30 minutes. She spoke to the hotel Reception staff also that our booking is confirmed and they should provide us room. But hotel staff was adamant, stating that they wont unless it shows on their device. Also the hotel staff was not showing us the screen where they were searching, they said we are not allowed to. OYO support agent Poonam also informed hotel staff that they will be charged "denied checkin penalty" yet they didnt budge. Then Poonam involved someone else also in the call who suggested that he would mark the Booking as Checkin & then it will show in hotel's device under "in-house". But even then hotel Reception staff said that its not showing. We left the property at 6 pm & went to another nearby hotel. Now the hotel manager who wasnt present at the hotel when we were there during 5 to 6 pm, to avoid the "denied checkin charges" lied to OYO saying the customer misbehaved & they were drunk hence we didn't give them room. I asked the OYO support to ask hotel for CCTV footage to prove their claims, OYO didnt take any action against the hotel. Instead quoted us their policy that we are not eligible for refund. **Advice to all, do not ever prepay for OYO bookings & if you are ever in this kind of situation DO NOT LET OYO STAFF MARK THE BOOKING AS CHECKIN WHEN HOTEL IS DENYING YOU.

Don't book the hotel from oyo. Oyo hotel like servant. They charge with me 2000rs but provide me servant like room. And that costumer care have not help in refund when claim my amount.

I would like to complain and most probably inform as the oyo workers hide a lot. So i had a tie-up with the oyo company for that i gave 44 rooms to the company with a signed argument of 2 years but the property was terminated during the half period of the agreement. After that also the company didn’t pay their GST bill which was then made paid my me. It was a terrible thing working with such company. Even my rent from the company is not yet paid company and i don’t expect even for that since the oyo workers have nothing as truth.

OYO made my trip worst. They are cheaters. I had done the advance booking through OYO app in Mussoorie hotel dt. 24-06-2019 to 25-06-2019(Hotel pioneer, booking id: AGKT1376) . They have deducted money but unable to provide me a good quality room(As they have mentioned in there OYO APP). The room they had provided me is like the servant room. When I called the customer care regarding my problem then the OYO executive assured me that they will provide me the full refund and they cancelled my booking but now they are refusing me to refund the amount. I have called the customer care around 40-50 times about my refund and every time they told me to hold the line and maximum time after waiting for long they disconnected the call and don't even revert back and sometimes the guest managers gave me some worthless excuses and try to teach me OYO'S non refundable protocol and automatically closed my complaint and update the status of my complaint to resolved(In OYO mobile App).

OYO: On Your Own The best tag line one can warn there customers. Guests of oyo should use the oyo services on there own risk On one side oyo is increasing rapidly On the other hand, customers are required to compromise there comfort... After listening speeches and talk of Sir Ritesh Agarwal, I got very convinced that on my next trip I will use Oyo... So I booked 2 rooms in Silver Key Executive 27773 and was very excited of using oyo for the first time. I talked to the manager that I will be arriving at midnight so please keep the required arrangements. He confirmed that he will give us best comfortable experience... So I reached the location. There was no one on reception table. Then after waiting for some time and asking people to whom to talk one person came from outside claiming that he is the manager. He landed 2 keys in my hand of different floor. One room was on 2nd floor and the other room was at 7th floor. I was with the family so I request him to provide me adjacent rooms. He rudely denied. So I asked him to take me to the room before check-in. One room was in a flat where he keeps all his extra pillows and bedding. The flat was stinking. The toilet was under construction. Then he took me to the next room. I saw the room was dirty. And already somebody else was using that room. I don't believe that oyo does not have a proper system of room allotment. Also in the neighboring room somebody was smoking. I quickly ran out of this place and called oyo customer support and explained them everything. They executive requested that he is forwarding the call to the higher executive, therefore keep the call on hold. I waited for about 10 mins and no one answered. So I hung up, again called customer support again explained everything again he requested to hold, and didn't transferred the call. After some time he himself again asked everything and suggested me to go to another place. So he suggested me to go to Oyo 63021 Hotel Hill 9 nearby, I navigated to that place and there was no sign pf oyo on any property. Somebody in the balcony asked weather I am finding oyo, after saying yes he asked to come upstairs. The place was again very dirty and untidy. I asked him to let me see the available rooms. He took me to the rooms. One room has a dirty bad sheet and uncleaned toilet. And the other room was stinking and unfinished infrastructure. Unfortunately I didn't have any other options at this time of midnight, I tried to book the room. The biggest blunder of oyo... Price on app are not accepted by the manager. He charged me ₹3000 at the same time when app was showing that the cost will be ₹1928. So, I asked him that why he is taking more money, so he said that the app shows wrong amount and he won't give rooms on this amount. I tried to bargain and he accepted to take ₹2500 for 8 hours. Not just this, there were no basic facilities. So, today I got to know oyo's secret of the success, like every other hotel chain, they too do not care about guests and do not have a proper system.

Oyo is good in taking your money talking to you a pillow talk, sweet words. And once you hung up the phone you can nock your head in the wall. I'll tell you this. They took my money as an exchange for a service wich I didn't receive, after I complain they started to hang up the phhone in my face. Now let's talk about booking department The agents are un trained , they can speak basic English most of them not all of them. An agent threatened me over the phone by telling me he will show me what he will do to me, and he called me rude. This oyo, and this what you get from oyo. Now I'm making an official complain by the help of my AMBASSY and I will take oyo to court. I will expose everything they are doing.

I booked some property but when Iam going there side, so property adresh same but hotal not there side I give online payments .oyo get frode booking now I call dally but oyo castumer cear do not responce, so plz don't give online payments in oyo.very bed experience
