★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not Invest in Ozone Properties. The builder is a big fraud and have no money. My Investment of Rs. 10 Lakhs have been cheated by them in this Project from last 1 year. They do not pick up phone calls nor reply to mails. Big Loss for any Investor investing in their Projects. This Project WF48 is 8 year old one and till now no development has occurred and Ozone is cheating people who have invested in booking an apartment in this project. I cancelled my allotment and Ozone is now not addressing my queries for refund of the amount paid.
