Second time here. Wouldn't go anywhere else in Bangalore.

Service and quality of work resonates the brand name(good).
Shiva sir did a great job , also other staff members were cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt the collections were not so much when we visited in Feb. Clothing materials are very good. But to get the right suit it took lot of time and find. The display collection for ready made suits was limited. They will push you to go for custom build.

2. Differences in design of suit was proactively changed to my specifications
3. Vest coat color didn't match per my need, they are trying to undo the error which is nice
As my sister's wedding is in a few days and I have to leave now, they have promised to courier the correctly made vest. Will await and update the rating accordingly.
I changed my rating because of good workaround options suggested by Mr. Rajesh. Ty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service and support, had a quick wedding request and deadline of a week. A single call to Rajesh kumar ( store manager) set things in motion. Overall quick and great response from the team ( Sharon and Manjunath) on every last minute request, changes, products trials and delivery. Even a over night request for product delivery was amazing and perfect.
Would definitely recommend them for a professional and on time delivery with great support with a smile.
Keep up the good work guys!!!

Employees are polite. They'll adjust the suits according to your choice, give you a trial as much as you want.
An extra point for his tailor, very polite knows what you want and give you his best even if it requires extra work.
There are many branches of P.N. Rao with almost the same collection.
