★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude lady at reception. She don't know how to talk with patients and keeps on shouting unnecessarily.
Although nursing staff especially anjali mam is very helpful lady.
Though Mr. P. N. Gupta and other two doctors who are Operating with him are very professional.

- He will unnecessarily write for tests without any justification (just for making money)
- He don't have sense , how to speak with patient's family member .
- If you will ask gently to please mention the necessary test only , he will start arguing and will behave rude to you .
- Too dissapointed after visiting his clinic .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The surgery of gall bladder stones went smooth and doctor had informed my mother about the surgery procedure beforehand. All the staff and doctor took good care of my mother during and after the surgery.
Post-op recovery is really good and doctor's fees is genuine which doesn't matter when u are getting really good treatmemt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this doctor is just fetching money from the patients. he gave months of antibiotics to my husband which was totally wrong to give such long course of treatment
second thing he did was he advised my husband a procedure when he asked what is this procedure actually then he said I don't have to tell you you you know nothing about medical procedures. its totally wrong against the rules if you don't tell the patient what procedure will a doctor perform on the patient and take a legal signed consent after telling the patients thoroughly. and he said you have to pay 8000 rupees. then offered installment right away. he would do the half of analysis test then say your treatment will take a year or two and when we found some other doctor he said your condition will not take that long to get treated and moreover that doctor was talking very nicely and precisely.
third thing about this doctor is he is very rude to his patients. we go to a doctor to get treated not to get more depressed because of his rude words. even if we tried to make any normal conversation he would just start talking rudely.
so i will not recommend this doctor to anyone who is new to him

They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose PN urology and surgical hospital and would highly recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no transparency of charges. I have visited here for Gall bladder surgery of my wife and he has communicated Rs 42000 for it. Asked me to submit Rs2000 in advance and then ,believe me they will charge you even for syringes to be used for surgery. All tests , consultation fees, blood test and even ultrasound was not included in this cost. I was really surprised to see such behaviour. Beware of it guys ......
Here I have not written anything about his competency because looking such approach and greedy behavior, I have changed my Doctor. No refund of 'advance money' is also one of the hidden policy here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother has a gall bladder stone, so someone guide me to visit once in the clinic. So i went there and they charged 800 consultation fees and fees doesn't matter if you will get the right treatment. But when i told doctor about my mother case and gave the reports one by one he said me that give me all. I don't have more time. I have other work as well. Even he didn't write any medicine. Last I said please write the medicine then he write medicine for painkiller.
Pawan gupta sir you are a good doctor but please understand the pain of people. All are coming for some hope. That you will treat them good. But your behaviour will not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father got operated for kidney stone . Dr.Gupta is extremely competent and we had a very good experience.My fathergot discharged the very next day and he is doing super well now. The staff is also very polite and efficient. Thank you so much to PN urology Hospital.
