This is a worst pg I've been ...
If any new comers comes they will ask the old people to change the room.... Without no reason
No non veg in this pg....
And no proper wi-fi.,....
.... VERY BAD MAINTENANCE n MANAGEMENT.... Afraid of bed bugs also....??n rats

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Very worst PG in Graphite India area.
2. The food will be totally worse. They never stick to their menu and strictly no non-veg on sundays. You can only order from outside.
3. They will be number 1 in food wasteage. Every meal they cook more and throw it in the dustbin.
4. Management is worst of the worst. Very cunning people who will knock your door at the starting of every month with no shame at all. Whenever we complain about anything wrong, they usually take 2-3 weeks to solve it, even it is something essential like water is coming slowly through hot water pipe in winter.
5. Whole pg maintenance is done by the guys, who are very creepy. Numerous complaints have been made, but no action is taken. These guys even smoke upstairs in women's pg.
Note: Overall, not even 1 rating can be given to these guys. Trust me, I have been there. Please opt for any other pg in that area other than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst pg i have seen ever. No proper food. No proper maintenance. No proper wifi. No proper washing machines . They will say power backup in nights only but sometimes only it will be there . No proper lift. No proper kitchen. Kitchen will be having full of cockroaches and rats and no soap will be available all the time for cleaning the utensils. Rooms will also be having cockroaches. Always having complaints but the owners won't bother about them and they only bother about the rent. No proper security. No proper food menu all over the day and food will not available all the time as they keep insufficient food for the people. Reckless answers from the owners. No proper drinking water as they won't clean the water tins daily or weekly.
I suggest the people who are ready to join this pg not to join this as the 1 star rating for this pg is also waste for all the things happening in pg. Dont ever dare to take step forward and join in this pg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst maintenance. Once in a blue moon food is better, lunch has not many items even on weekends. Even to utilise the facilities available here (like generator) one has to fight with the owners. Room keeping not good. WiFi facility is for name sake only and doesn't work properly for almost all the days in a month. If there is any problem, one has to repeatedly ask the owners to attend it and yet, one should be lucky enough to get their problems attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though people are assigned to clean rooms everyday but the room will be left dusty even after cleaning. Rating for food is 2 since they follow a fixed schedule of meals every week. No change in dishes. No good taste in food. And the location is worst.Neither there is a proper road nor there are any stalls to buy basic necessities. There is only dust sorrounding this pg.
