★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best PG for FOOD, Cleanliness, Anti-theft, Mainly Good people around in PG with dedicated Internet Speed. As basic amenities are same in all the PGs. Owner is extremely co-operative. And address your problems in no time. What else u need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 20 months in pg.
Pros:
1.Owner is very good, polite, helpful and will address any issue u tell him.
2. Owners family members are also very good and polite.
3. Rooms are neat and clean and very well maintained.
4. People are good in the pg, no alcohol and unnecessary distuances.
Cons:
1. Kitchen is less maintained compared to rooms.
2. Power faliures are very frequent in rainy season (metro construction power failures separately happens). And backup is only for wifi and bulb and NOT FOR FANS.
3. Wifi, particularly in 4th floor, is very poor.
4. Road leading to the pg is pathetic.
5. Bed bugs( owner changed bed immediately but still it is there).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s very nice pg.,I never seen this type of pg in my life.
Breakfast will be there till 11,11:30 am in the morning
Dinner will be available from 7:30 pm to midnight
Taste is very good,I felt like it’s homely food.
Food is in Andhra style & other states people also like it.
They will treat us as their family memebers and they never think about business(to save in food).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Behaviour by owner... Refused to give rent advance when I was leaving pg...He told like while leaving will give advance at the time of joining but he didn't mention anything....Now after 9 months stayed in pg.when i was to vacate he is telling u need tell one month before leaving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice PG. Foods are good and available all the facilities. They provide food two time in week days and three time in weekend. Price is nominal. Owner nature is also too good. My plan is only 15 days to stay so they only take 15 days money without any concerns. For this kind of situation is very difficult to find any places. Here we can feel peaceful atmosphere. I am strongly recommend this PG.
