β β β β β If this is your first car, and if you don't know much about the prices of accessories. Don't go to this place. They will also cheat you with their overpriced stuff. And, if know what you want and you are specific about something, they force you to buy something else according to their advice. Not recommended at all.

Visited the shop for installation of my new swift2021 accessories, with quite a few recommendation from my known.
Asked for 11 items including seat cover and 7d matt; 3 among them were not available in stock, unable to install.
Total time taken = 3.5 hours; ( 2.30pm to 6pm)
Shop staff are well behaved, always busy but responsive to each customer, knowledgeable and 'very smooth in words',
Fitting staff are overall skillful & well behaved.
I have seen 6 cars were 'attacked' by the team within that 3.5 hrs time of my staying ( some of the customers came earlier). IT IS A BUSY SHOP.
PRICING :- ALMOST ALL ITEMS ARE OVERPRICED
seat cover = Rs/-9500 with 3 years guarantee, No MRP written or attached on the product, you have to rely on the staff! (at amazon same product available at 7697 rs)
7D mat = Rs 5200, again no MRP written on the product ( same product available at amazon with Rs 4600 pricing)
Spoiler with Red LED = Rs 3800 ( price Ok)
Car Cover = Rs 2800 (at amazon same product available at 1550 rs only; I am ordering it from amazon)
Car charger = Rs/- 700 to 900 (I am ordering branded 4.5 star plus rating car charger from amazon with price 450 Rs only )
Car duster = Rs150 (can buy from local market at Rs 50-70 rs)
Front grill garnish chrome = Rs 2200 (not available in stock, 2000 Rs at amazon)
Back garnish chrome = Rs 1050 (Rs 790 at showroom and rs 499 at amazon)
Door seal guard = Rs 600 (NA at stock)
Back light garnish black = NA at stock.
Petrol logo chrome = Rs 100 ( same product available with only Rs 80 at amazon)
Though I have received some discount and one red shalu worth rs50 (again overpriced) free after bargaining; they must bring much more clarity in pricing of products.
However, I am satisfied with the car handling and fitting of the products.
VERDICT = Though it is well reputed busy shop for car accessories lovers, do
some research, check pricing of the products you want to buy both online and offline and then only visit the shop otherwise THEY WILL DEFINITELY LOOT YOU.
"NOT RECOMMENDED FOR 1ST TIME CAR BUYERS AT ALL" , It is better to buy most of accessories from showroom than PALKI CARE DECORA. You will get original accessories with almost same or less price than this shop with bill and warranty.

Staffs and mechanics are well trained, they do the job taking complete care of your Car.
You think of anything car related, you will get here.
Behaviour of owner and staffs are just awesome.
You will remember happily the "attack" word pronounced by the owner in all important instructions ?

β β β β β We always have to wait more than 1 hr for them to take up the work. Lots of workers but poor management.
Only one thing is good. They have wide range of products. Almost everything what you need for your car is available here.

β β β β β They provide instant and quick service even though the waiting queue is long. The only aspect they can improve is the pricing. Generally their quoted price is very high compared to Wellington, Kolkata. So if you have a dip pocket and okay to spend higher than usual. You can visit here.
