I have seen a scene which was nothing short a jungle book film scene somewhere between panddharpawni lake 1 and 2 .there was a group of spotted deer qith atleast 20 deers which was feeding below a tree , the monkeys on tree were dropping something on ground and deer were eating it.then there was a family of mongoose sitting on a fallen tree..and there were some white birds as well.I had never seen ao many wild animals at one place.unfortunately mobile phones were not allowed and I had not carried camera so was not able to shoot it!

Hotspot of Tadoba for wildlife lovers. For last 3-4 years, it's prime territory of Maya (tigress) and Matkasur (Tiger). It attracts plethora of other wild denizens as well like sloth bear, leopard, spotted deers, smabhar deer, wild boar, and many others. Prominent bird found around this area is Lesser Adjutant Stork which is in IUCN list of threatened species.

Sonam' s hot spot. Her cubs like an undisturbed space devoid of human activity. The tiger reserve at Tadoba is a visit to see and enjoy. It is about 110 km S-SE of Nagpur

Beautiful place inside Tadoba Tiger Reserve. One of the most famous tigresses of Tadoba - Maya , has grown up around this area ad also brought up her kids. Whenever I go to Tadoba , I do find Maya and her cubs around here . Have seen Maya teaching her cubs how to swim in this lake.

Superb place to spot tigers at Tadoba reserve when entering through the navegaon gate. We were lucky to spot Maya the tigress twice. News was that she had housed her three month old cubs in that area and while others got lucky with the cubs too, we were happy with spotting Maya alone.

The current location of Maya, the tigress and her two cubs, in the Kolara range of the Tadoba Andheri Tiger Project. Do wait there patiently for the family to appear and enthrall you. However, the waiting time may eat up your entire safari time. After all, the name's Maya!

Great place, extremely well maintained. If visited during warm weather, you can probably stumble on to a tigress and her cubs, atleast while they are juvenile.
