★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys my friend is the existing customer of this builder and His Experience is very very bad with this Pareena Builder. He was allotted a unit in pareena laxmi as per affordable housing scheme in 2016 but when he need money and ask to surrender then builder denied to refund and talked in unprofessional way jo karna he karlo ham paisa nahi denge.
After that he moved to HRERA for this Dispute where HRERA order pareena to refund money back to me but they still don't want to pay...He is very disappointed and now moving again to HRERA .....
So guys Please read it and think before you think for Pareena. No Ethics

Going up by the day with two towers showing up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction is very very slow, infact bank are not disbursing the demand amount due to very low construction. Regarding construction quality , i m not aware . Visited site many times but always saw very limited workers working. GOD knows whether they will deliver this project or not...
