★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zara Rossa project is based on affordable houses sceam and it is located in Gurgaon sector 112 near to Dwarka Expressway. It's very nice apartment for those who can't afford luxurious flat. It has nice 2 bhk apartment wit around 513 to 560 squre feet but all flats are sold out except few wherein available flats are in management quota and will cost you extra 4 - 6 lakhs as a commission.
There is car parking issue because these flats are not designed for car parking and only bike parking space available but you can manage it by parking car in a open street in a campus. So kindly confirm the parking issue with your dealer before planing to buy it.
