β β β β β The Parliament library is a big building it is next to Parliament building but it is within the Parliament boundary. As it is library so you can find here many books. if you are visiting this place then you must bring your identity card. This building is wheelchair accessible it has lift. It has big banquet halls and one big Auditorium and the name of this Auditorium is balyogi auditorium. The Auditorium is very big with seating capacity of about 700 to 900 people. On 3rd January 2018 I watched a live puppet show on Swami Vivekanand.

β β β β β The reception area for library is opposite Rakab Ganj gurudwara. After getting a ticket for museum or an entry pass, one can enter in the library building. A valid icard is needed to be shown on reception area for getting ticket or a pass. After security checking on 2 or 3 gates, one can visit the museum which is apart of the library or library. Parliament museum can be visited by any person but the library is restricted only for the journalists or research scholars or Members of Parliament. Research scholars can visit the library after police verification and after obtaining permission from Director or Additional Director by email. Also, they have to send a recommendation letter from their supervisor under whom the person is enrolled for research. Nearest metro station is Patel Chowk or Central Secretariat.
