★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in one of the same vehicles as one other reviewer where the owner supposedly accused us of not wanting to pay. When actually what happened was that just before the trip the car malfunctioned and they did not even have any alternative vehicle. In the end after almost a couple of hours, they managed another vehicle through a third party company. We missed out on one of our locations due to mismanagement and also they miscommunicated with the proxy driver regards some terms and conditions which led to further misunderstandings during the trip. And now the owner is trying to get on the high horse by claiming we did not wish to pay but in reality, we paid the driver as and when whatever amount was required. Really pathetic service.

We have booked Innova Cresta for 3 days of Rajasthan trip. During finalizing, official said and committed many things but while on actual trip, driver has shown reluctance to provide proper service. Driver has demanded money everyday (4000,5000) apart from daily agreed driver package.
We have faced many difficulties and main part is Trip was ruined due to constant issues created by driver.
Car we recieved was not having proper hygiene. Please avoid your booking if you can go to other transporter

Pathetic services. They give false promises to customers. Totally Bad experience, vadodara has lots of good travel agency options. Choose anyone except this. They give false promise and provides cars which has expired PUC and requires maintainance and services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please find the following information and do let me know (owner of Parth travel) if you need confirmation of full payment receipt publically or not (if not then don't blame us that we denied to give full payment). And do not even give false promises to customer EVER!
ATTENTION TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMER: do not trust on verbal agreement, take everything in written so that your trip fun do not get spoil by misleading arguments. Also take full identity proof of driver before starting of journey. In our case they didn't even took courtesy provide anything other except phone number ?
Ps. Beware of such misleading people ?
Special note: I didn't feel right to give such negative review until it's necessary, they don't have any right to delete review. One reading this review: If you check below screenshot thoroughly, you will not be able to find it as it was deleted by owner. ?
Let me share one more incident which was happen with my maternal Uncle:-
I had book one mini bus from parth travels in First Week Of JULY 2021 and my travel date was 18 OF JULY but on 17 OF JULY night at 8 o'clock I had came call from there office that the bus which we had book will come at afternoon from the tour where it has went and but we want the bus in morning at 7 o'clock as we have already told them at the time of booking but they had denied at night of 17 July and at night we need to find another bus that was headache for as PARTH TRAVELS IS VERY BAD IN THERE COMMITMENTS
Please reply Parth travels in reply section if this has not happened I can show the proof globally
