★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The online slot booking is available if you choose vizag as the PSK. only 2 identity proofs were considered though we presented 4. The officers walked in at 10:30 ish while the slot was at 9:30am. Everybody waited for them. This is the first time I saw a lethargic passport office. Usually they are always on time. It was surprising to note that they walked in at 10:30 so casually. I know that there's not so many people to get their passport at RJY. Still.. anyways. The service was faster. We received the passport in 10days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clerks have low knowledge not well trained they don't even know postal codes not willing to work kinda fellows and they are not treating public well. It's not a free service don't let them yell at you and over act , they have to do there work , there own stress is not public problem

For fresh passport you should carry
1.Appointment letter (avilable at website in your login) (SMS you received also accepted)
2.Aadhar Card which possess your present address.(original + 2 photo copies)
3.10 th class certificate which is for Date of birth proof ( original + 2 photo copies).
✓If the above documents are correct and verified without any problem your process is almost all completed.
✓Make sure your certificates are not laminated. If those are laminated they asked to cut the cover at back side of the certificate.
✓It is advised to carry a blue/black pen because they asked you to submit your photo copies with your sign.
✓After taking your photo and finger prints they verify your certificates one more time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience changed to Bhimavaram psk after visiting this office.use less workers inside asking stupid questions and useles documents.i think they taking bribes from pasport brokers and avoiding people who come directly without brokers.so if you go without brokers youhave to visit two to three times so better avoid this psk.

Asking unnecessary documents for a 1 year kid passport, where I faced a smoother experience in hyderabad for my elder kid.
Looks like they just show off in front of public and keep you roam around offices atleast 2 3 times.
Staff needs a lot of training

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POPSK in Rajahmundry located in Head Post office very easy to approach and transportation available through out the day, normally not so crowded as we have to take appointment before going there and staff is helpful and answer if you have any doubts it took me 60 to 90 mins to complete all process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please note it took 102days to get my passport after submitting application in rajamundry passport seva kendra. Which is not at all acceptable.
I request all people don't apply passport renewal/new passport through any of POPsk who is in urgent need.
I request Ministry of external affairs to delete VISION posted in there website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deserve zero points.staff doesn't behave well asking for unneeded documents.staff are worst they have no knowledge about pasport they came to job with recommendations only.office is like cattle yard no timings and no que system.one small room and only three people in the office.i got time slot is 1-40pm but when I went there they went for lunch that time if lunch is between 1pm to 2pm then why they gave 145pm time slot .they talking on phone with friends in working time.if you have slightest brain go to Bhimavaram or visakhapatnam pasport office.only surrounding villagers and mind less people go to this passport office
