★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give a negative rating if it exists. Pathetic service. Done AMC for Kent water purifier. Want D technician to come n check as its giving issues. No one coming since more than a week. All false promises. I have ave an infant child n have to get water from out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are totally fraud and called for free service as Kent Maxx machine was in warranty. When engineer visited to home and asked for money then i informed about the free service was confirmed by executive but they denied about free service.
I called them to refund my money but they said we will not refund. The behavior of the executive and engineer was totally unprofessional hence not recommend to deal with them for any service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people steal the customer database from Kent stores and get information about.... customer name, address, type of filter system, when it is installed and when the service is due. And, they call the customers saying your service is due when can we schedule a visit. And, they say they are authorised service centre and are directly from Kent. I called kent customer care, and they said, the service is only on demand. That means, these people are cheat. I don't know whether they installed genuine parts or fake one. Please always schedule your routine maintenance from the Mobile app or calling kent customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst KENT RO service provider in Pune. They deliberately ask their technicians who come to your home and damage purifier during service.After damaging they will ask money. In my case they damaged my water tank and then asking me to pay amount to replace tank. First their executive forced me to take sediment filter.Beware from the owner named Nilesh.He is very rude and does not even know how to speak. I will file a consumer case against this cheater and fraud company.Guys please never ever buy AMC from these fraudsters.
