★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had bought a puppy from them. Told them when we want the puppy, they tell us one day before the delivery date that we are facing some issues we will deliver the puppy in the evening. After that they don't receive our calls, not replying to our messages. They said they will be giving it in the morning then they said in the evening, then they are telling us we will deliver it two days later. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If they receive our call they won't listen to us, just said what they had to say and cut the call. These people don't have basic manners. DON'T TRUST THEM WITH THEIR NICE BEHAVIOUR IN THE FIRST INTERACTION.

Didnt reply to any of my inquiry for weeks and when i asked that if i can delete the number then i received a response saying yes. I am not sure why she behaved so unprofessionally with me. I kept my cat in her kettle many times and this time she didnt even have the audacity to reply stating no.
I am not going to contact them ever for any pet related work and I will tell all my pet lover friends to avoid buying pets and pet food from them
