★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acute water problems, god know what will happen when 250 new occupants will start residing in new F building, now itself getting drinking water for 1 hr in morning and non drinking water supply is closed from 1pm to 6pm everyday
Frequent Electricity Outages( its almost everyday and Inverter backup in each flat is much if you are working from home and have school going kids
This area comes under Grampanchatyat , already people are struggling with basic needs like water, electricity, roads, sewage, imagine when many flats comes in vicinity, check with Grampanchayat office whether they have sufficient capacity to provide water, electricity and other basic amenities
Construction quality is poor, check for the cracks in all the building you can see from outside
No parking for new flat owners under F building, they need to park their vehicles near to other Buildings
Last but not least - take decision after knowing all the facts

V . beautiful , V . nice n less polluted city.
beautiful roads , big trees covered both sides of the road makes the scenario more beautiful . full of shopping malls n ancient places . well organised well maintain V. well planned n much more .
Visited once in may desire to see again . My son working there n stays in Pebbles II Bavdhan , V. nice n pleasent place , huge structure beautiful buildings in the gated community .
V. tight security . All the facilities r there like swimming pool , badminton n many more even play area for children in the beautiful garden . V. systamatic V. perfect .Every thing on its place n as its place . like throwing of garbage n water timings V. well planned .

vast land covered with green grass n mountanious area . n on the right side MUMBAI high way .the street lights n the cars lights sparkling in the nights , looks V. beautiful .

speaks poor n greedy mentality of builder
............
Was planning to visit....
But from reviews....
Bad quality construction.
Rubble everywhere.
Many stray dogs.
Erratic electricity supply.
Water shortage.
Falls under grampanchayat which has shown total inability to provide infra!!!?
.
Many more deficiencies may be there.
Do we take house for peace of mind or to lose it?
Take home after oc only n taking feedback from actual residents in soc n nearby.
Flats in many schemes are vacant.
Do not rush.
Be wise...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful society. But surrounded by trash and stray dogs. Walking from road to house has become dangerous since the dumping of trash attracts stray animals. Even sometimes villagers park their Black glass cars and use it for anything... illegal services. ✌️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pebbles 2 has brilliant landscape for kids play and amenities but in recently constructed F building, the quality of materials used in really cheap, Builder's representatives at sales office are really not responsive, water quality fou usage is horrible, millions of issues of water leakages at all flats and also outside the flats on building at water supply pipes.
Staircases are horrible and hot painted at all. Moreover the worst part is entireCustruction waste scrap and gargabage is dumped behind F building which is becoming a breeding ground of rats, rodents and mosquitoes. Complete unhygienic scenario.
BUILDER doesn't even respond promptly
