Overall good place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience given token money 27000 Rs but they are not returning token money.
Need to call manager 100 times to return the token . DON'T give token to these guys unless you made your decision . They dont show floorplan befors taking token and when you made your decision to cancel they dont like it . worst builder yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puranik sales persons are misguiding to customers. They are not returning tokens which they took during pre-luanch of project. Since last 2 weeks they are just giving excuses to return the token amount. Also project name is different not a OXYGREEN so I advise anyone who wants to purchase flat please do some research and builder's commitments to customers and trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had purchased token for Puranik's Oxygreen ,Bavdhan scheme. I paid token amount for the same . For some personal reasons I dropped the plan to purchase flat in this scheme. When I contacted Puranik's salesperson to return my money, they are just giving reasons from last 2 weeks. When I contacted on the no provided in this link, the sales person just disconnected my call and asked me to call on Monday. If Puranik's want money on time ,why can't they return customer's money on time?
