The ambience is good, parking on road just opposite to the shop and timing are from 6AM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is genuinely difficult to disappoint me with Chai but this place managed to. I was looking forward to visiting this place since long, especially because of the quirky name and the location.. but Man, I had the most disappointing Bus Maska and Chai.. it's a crime wasting Chai but I committed it today.. and I had to use all my gym workouts strength training exercises to bite and chew the bun. Try this place at your own risk.

Chai is good but I will prefer chaayos more if I have to choose.
In Chai will suggest you to ask him to add sugar before serving you.
Regarding food I have ordered four thing but I liked only French fries.
The other thing which I ordered are:
1) Cheese maggi whih i didn't like it.
2) Dahi papdi chat which is also not worth it.
3) Kolkata malai toast is also not a thing to order.
Giving 3 ? is just on the basis of Chai.
If I have to give star for food then will give 2 ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the Chai Nukkads (Chai Point, Chaayos, Starbucks, Chai Sutta Bar etc., were covered), and this was the only spot that wasn't marked yet.
One beautiful morning, we made it here. Pehle Chai is very easy to locate. It is on the front corner side, next to the Sushant Arcade Market area. As we entered, the kitchen was busy, and we placed our order:
1. Poha
2. Aloo Cheese Sandwich
3. Tulsi Chai
4. Elaichi Chai
The staff is friendly here and suggested some items on the menu and explained the ingredients in it.
I counted 24 chairs: 12 inside, 12 outside (patio area). And we waited for our order outside, and It looked like a place where one can come with a laptop and work for long hours but keep in mind this spot is opposite a busy road, and there's a lot of traffic during rush hours.
After 15 minutes, the server came with the order, and the quantity looked way more than any other brand offers, and the food tasted fresh and good.
The poha was the best thing I had.
The tea was over 100ml, and you may go for cutting chai.
The sandwich was made using jumbo bread, and it had mayonnaise, cheese blend, and some vegetables:(literally for two persons).
This doesn't happen usually. Both quality and quantity were up to the mark.
I recommend you to give it a try.
