★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place, it's a sub branch of another main branch. Recently I visited there to purchase yamaha fzs v3.0. Initially they agreed to give me 2021 model bike but after paying tocken advance they started behaving differently, said u will get 2021 model after one month only right now you will have to take 2020 model bike only. Then I visited some other showroom and purchased 2021 model bike. And I fought for my tocken advance 1000 but they have given only 500 rs saying other 500 is for canceling charges.
Please make sure you check all the things before you pay any money.
I wouldn't not given even one star such a worst experience it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello Perfect Yamaha..I didn't know you guys are so cheap. Firstly, you ain't returning my Rs 1000 booking cancelation amount. Even after deducting Rs 500, you were supposed to return the rest Rs 500. However, till date I didn't receive it. Now, you & your team has stopped responding to my calls. It is not about Rs 500 but it is about Service and integrity. This is the way you cheat people of Rs 500 , I wonder how a reputed company like Yamaha is associated with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken my Scooter for a repair and i was told that the part is not available and was asked to contct after 15 days.i have been contacting them from long time and i have no resolution to my repair..Looks like they are waiting for my insurance to get lapse and willingly wants to charge me..Inspite of number of times calling to perfect Yamaha Koramangala i have no resolution . now they have stopped picking my calls...Please avoid going to Perfect Yamaha ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Till the bike purchased it was really a great experience post sales it’s really a pathetic service
From perfect Yamaha I have been delivered with the defective product and I had be to showroom many times on getting my concern resolved but they failed to find the defective part in my bike now the bike is still in the showroom as they are least bothered about the customer experience
And on a repetitive follow up from the customers now they are disconnecting the call in between the conversations
Dear all please be careful it’s not to spoil the perfect yamaha sales am posting this before buying here please think twice as I could see the real vampire’s here.
As am disappointed I don’t want this to happen to other customers Yamaha and Perfect Yamaha please take care of your customers don’t play with the customer emotions by delivering the defective products to them.
