★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best facility in Kolkata for pets.. Very much pleased to their service, behavior and response... N none the less, Dr. Abhiroop Banerjee is very well knowned for treating chronic diseases, the way he diagnoses the patients is very commendable...he never gives unnecessary overpriced medicines.. I hv also recommended to some of my friends, n their feedbacks are also the same..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Abhiroop is very patient and is extremely concerned for the well being of your pet. Highly recommend! He’s never recommended any unnecessary medication. He charges a modest amount for consultation and cares about the well being of your pet and not just about making money. We’ve been going to him since the day the clinic opened and we’ve not had a bad experience even once. He even sent a paravet to our house when our dog had vomiting to check on her condition on a day when he was not available.
When our dog was diagnosed with parvovirus and we were not in Calcutta, he still went out of his way to help us out and he did constant check of her reports over call and give us advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Sayanta Banerjee is the owner of this PetMall. What an incredible person he is person. Well behaved and lovable person. He also love animals from the bottom of his heart.
Dr Abhiroop Banerjee is a renowned doctor who visits this place 3 to 4 days in a week for check up. He is basically a doctor of medicines and he doesn't give any unnecessary medicines to the pets. He is also a well behaved person. Always attends phone calls from patients whenever required.
This PetMall also has a creche where Mr Utpal and his wife Pinky takes care of the dogs. They are very much caring and patient with the dogs when it comes to feeding or grooming the pets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found it to be very dirty and clumsy compared to other Veterinary unit in Saltlake. Doctor seems to be highly unprofessional & confused. Went with my pet about 2 weeks ago with a skin problem, Dr. Abhirup Banerjee could not even diagnose the cause of the problem and when asked could only say " Thik Hoye jabe" and abruptly gave few medicines which did not work. Finally, things worked in my favour post consulting Dr. Gopal Samanta at West Bengal State Animal Health Care Center. The biggest challenge that I felt with Dr. Banerjee is that he did not even touch my pet and seemed to be scared.
Overall, I felt he can to contacted for administering vaccines etc and not with critical issues which is beyond his subject.
I would never visit again and would personally not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of people love dogs. They play with cute pups on the street. Even adopt/buy for Insta likes. But only the rare ones truly understand dogs. They take an effort to learn the needs of the species and create a friendly environment for them. Even fewer dedicate their lives to the cause. Sayanta is one such rare breed. His love and dedication towards animals makes Murphy Veterinary Hospital the best in the city. Thank you for being who you are ??
