Pros: The place has good collection of pet toys and imported pet care products.
Cons: prices on non-mrp products, especially collars, are way too much and undeserving. In fact, most of the designer colours are dirty (out of lying untouched for ages) and damaged.
Note: unfriendly customer policies.

I recently purchased special "expensive" white collar for a growing boxer pup. I also paid a funnily high price for alphabet letters to be stuck to collar (name of pup). I was worried it won't fit, but took a chance assuming exchanging shouldn't be a problem. As I feared, it did turn-out small. When I came back the 2 days asking for a bigger collar, I was denied. Plus, the one I had taken started flaking off the leather on the day I tried it on itself.. what pathetic quality for such a premium price.
Before leaving the store, I told the storekeeper, you've lost this customer forever. Good luck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man who recieves the call for online delivery is extremely unprofessional and rude. The store does provide a variety of things, but the delivery process is extremely difficult. Everytime I call they take 3-4 hours to deliver, the man takes ages to reply and then would come up with an excuse of the store being closed. This has happened at least 4-5 times before and now my friends have experienced the same issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have an excellent collection of pet products. I wanted to buy a post surgery Elizabeth collar and they had a few choices available unfortunately for me the one I eventually bought broke to pieces because my cat absolutely hates it and there's no way he'd wear one.
The attendant is super helpful as well and conversing with her was really fun.
