★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have made a mistake of booking flat with vedant as they are responding or alway neglecting have no answer of our question.
First by calling us for payment but know paid full amount not know are making follow up daily for 3-4times commitment not filed.
First committed the possession on sep2024and know they are telling that dec 2024 or mar 2025.
Taken construction up for commercial giving them value as if we are taking flats for free.
Always called for sanction letter know sanction letter has been come from 2months and will get expire on I month still waiting for agreement.
Not having happy feeling for purchasing flat only pachchtava .
Guys be aware and don't invest in project because they are not able to fullfil you requirment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never recommend for investment in any project of Vedant.I have taken flat in June 21 and property tax arrears I had to pay and still I received 20,000/- less from the builder and also I will have to bear transfer charges around 4000/-.
Also construction quality is poor and staff doesn't respond to your querries.
No covered parking is provided inspite of commitment at the time of booking. Lowers and drainage in bathroom not good.Amenities not completed 50 percent even.If one calls builder he will block you
