★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These folks are fantastic and their service is excellent. Very courteous and accommodating. We had some small issues on fitting and they were very helpful to take care of that. Highly recommend it. Great communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very sloppy on services and commitment. My relative bought dresses costing about INR 20000. They promised us to make minor fitting.They have not done for over last 10 days. They do not pick up phone nor they open up their shop on time. Not very suitable for NRI customers who are short on their time for visit in India. I would ask my friends NOT to patronise them since they do not CARE about customers! ??

Rude and insufficient comments. Tried to make fun of us. Should improve their manners and the way they talk to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased an evening gown with my friend on 14th June 2017. The collection is good at this place. First thing is that they will take full payment, when you book your piece and has to still undergo fitting, which is not at all professional. They will deliver in 3-5 days with nothing done in fitting work and that is even more frustrating. Contacted them after this flaw in fitting but they didn't accept their fault which is the worst part of all. I would say ONE MUST EASILY AVOID THIS PLACE and find good options on the same road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good staff. They were tireless for showing us many many different clothes. But they didn't understand what exactly we were looking for. Like, we asked for casual dresses without glitter etc and they'd still pull out weird shiny stuff. Their prices are also steeper than others.
