Finally I am having great carreer and gud salary package from Pioneer Financial Management and Service Ltd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been employed with Pioneer for 4 months and my personal experience has been good. Their documentation process was seameless and they do take care of any clarification that the vendor may ask. Their salary process in books said 48 hours but in reality it was less than a day as soon as your time sheet was approved by your FM (a huge plus). I was converted as the core employee of the vendor I was under contract with in less than 3 months and they ensured my transition was hassle free, which also included clearing my documentation including the F&F within a week. I wish them all the best for their future endeavours. Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Very worst company I have seen in my carrier. No one can properly respond the employee concerns. If you jion in this company you will definitely spoil ur future. The joining formalities are good but the exiting formalities are very very worst when compared to other companies.
Especially the HR managers are very worst behaviour. It's my humble request nobody can join this company it will spoil your future. Its all my personal experience faced in this company. I'm relieved from 6 months before but till now I'm not getting reliving and experience certificates. I'm communicate with so many times but they are not responding yet.
So don't waste your carrier and future to work on this company.

Their process of Onboarding was very smooth and my HR Priyanka do take care of any clarification that we may ask and very helpful. Salary is always in time. Nice place to work.
