Apartment is like same is in pics. But therr is no road to it and also the apartment swimming pool area is surrounded by wall n next to it is drainage.... Flats are good enough.. b khata...

It's a new apartment with very good facilities located near to white field in Bangalore. security appearance is interesting and using some technical application for access. Swimming pool, gym, TT and some indoor games are facilitate for fun zone.

PROS: 1. Good, mid-size, relatively new (~6 years since occupancy) and affordable property for folks working from home and near by offices. 2. Working residents society management. 3. 40 feet heavy black-top approach road from state highway. 4. No common wall between most flats. 5. Ample day light and ventilation with balcony. 6. 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. 7. 365 X 24 security services with movement approvals. 8. Power backup with generator. 9. Flats with parking area. 10. Open air swimming pool. 11. Indoor games and working gym. 12. Adequate facilities for family to stay. 13. Major players provide broadband services. 14. Walkable distance to state highway. 15. Most of the resident daily needs are within 2 km distance from the property such as cinemas, groceries, hospitals, schools, busstand, restaurants, railway station, metro, sports centers, vegetables and shopping centers. 16. Water harvesting. 17. Common areas are net protected to avoid bird menace. 18. Less commercilised location, hence lower air and sound pollution. 19. Roof-top party hall. 20. Well maintained lifts. 21. Fire extinguishers available. 22. Multicultural residents. 23. Celebrates major festivals. CONS: 1. Close to HP fuel station. 2. Confusion in floor numbering pattern. 3. Relatively small childern play area and swimming pool is close to STP and large sewage canal. 4. Open drainages on the roadside. 5. Unavailability of quick service store and laundry. 6. Slightly less lighting in some areas of corridor, due to opaquness of sheets on terrace between flats. 7. Library is ineffectively utilised for senior citizens to read news papers, watch television, interact and spend time. 8. Post boxes are non-functional. 9. Occasional reptile (e.g. rats and snakes) citings in the parking area.
