Very bad at their commitment; 1. when loan was taken they say top up loan will be given for interiors, upon asking they revert back saying some issues with the server it means you have to depend on self funding or else personal loan. 2. They don't have the customer portal which tells u about the loan status 3. Piramal customer care is only dependency for us, for every query they take 3 days minimum & even if u revert to that trail email it means add another 3 days. 4. Foreclosure of loan is big headache, firstly you need to pay to get the foreclosure letter (3 days min) & getting original document takes 20 days. My advice is not to fool around with these guys like me. Big NO.

They are not transparent e.g there rate of interest. If you call customer care for any information they give one prompt reply "our system has limited info and we can't access other than that, please visit our branch". They are prompt in sending sms stating your pre emi interest payment dues. My humble request don't go to such financiers wasting time energy and losing patience. Even if interest rate slightly higher better to go in for other financial bankers to be hassle free and transparent. One problem with processing they don't understand kannada and can't read or examine what document it is. It's the worst experience with them. There service right from loan processing, disbursing and part payment procedure are all painful and not customer friendly.

They deserve negative rating. Simple thugs to loot. Initially they offered very competitive interest rate and in every 3 months they rapidly kept increasing the interest rate. You end up paying much higher interest rate for housing loan than any personal loan in any other govt bank. Absolutely non transparent, no online facility. Housing loan interest rate in Piramal would be easily 3% higher than any bank. So please never ever opt these cheaters. When I applied for foreclosure letter I had to visit branch only, no online option. Really pathetic. If you drop an email and call them multiple times you barely get a response.

Pathetic Customer service, i have been waiting here from past 45 minutes but haven't received any resolution. It looks like all customers who come here are treated like interviewees and the irony is that it is not even frickin professional

The whole process of approval for loan itself is hectic and time taking, they are aggressive in selling but beware don’t fall for the trap. You will regret your decision later. Very high interest rate!! In case you get trapped, later after loan is sanctioned, you will find out that there is not a even an online portal for managing your account! And suddenly they increase the rate of interest within 3 to 4 months just like that like a surprise to you!!! Please stay away and go for SBI or some other bank..

The number one worst company in the country. No response to phone calls, no proper response and guidance even if met personally. Somehow public cheaters. Waste of time. Nobody cares for public grievances. It is better that the company affairs are investigated thoroughly by Central or State Government .

They dont deserve even this 1 Star... Customer Care agents doesnt know their process they simply guide customer to visit the nearest branch for any request and Branch employees says they dont have the authorities. To elaborate my issues.. Here are the detaiils: I had a very bad customer service experience from your team. I had called for Foreclosure request of my Home Loan which is in One of your Mumbai Branch (Mira-Bhyandar). And I had shifted to another state with my family. I had called around 4 times confirming if I can make a request from the nearest branch as per my current location and get the letter from the nearest Branch. All the time your customer service Agent asked me to visit the nearest branch and make the necessary fees payment and I will get the Foreclosure letter within 15 days. When I visited the Branch today almost 20km from my place. They simply said we cannot take request for customer from other cities. I called the customer service number from the Branch itself and handed over the the phone to the Branch employee and they argued from around 10 mins. Later your customer service agent says simply sorry and asked me to visit my home branch which is in Mumbai. This shows there is no sync in the process between Customer Service and Branch and they don't even know what works and what doesn't. I cannot travel to Mumbai just to put this request. I had sent an email as well requesting to serve my request from my current location and in revert I get a response stating to visit the home branch. I replied back again to the email asking to serve my request from the nearest branch of my location. I had reported the issue with the grievance team as well. But no response. I believe Piramal Housing Capital just know how to frustrate the customer and instead of making the customer life easy, you make their life hell. On top you guys are not ready to change the current ROI as per the market. I am paying 10.99% as Rate of Interest and current Rate of interest is somewhere around 6.5%. I am paying very high rate of interest, that means you are earning more money from me as per the current market rate and still there is no proper service given. Any pending penalty charges you guys call 100 times a day and ask us to make the payment from any Branch in India but you cannot take the request of customer's from any of the branch. Can you please justify what kind of service do you provide to your customer. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE FOR LOAN TO YOUR COMPANY.
