1 : they force you take take insurance when you avail a loan.
2 : EMI schedule not available online. Deliberately hidden.
3 : DHFL website says that customer care branch is open drom 9am. Joke is Corporate office at Bandra was closed at 9:45AM. See the video of the empty desks in corporate office at 9:45AM.

I’m writing this review or consider this as an open letter for your business practices.
I always thought Entrepreneurs and people at higher capacity understands the value of being good humans and business practices.
But profoundly after going thru a trauma with your systems and dealing with your people few years back I really doubt if there is any humanity or lowest of lowest fraudulent mentality left in this world than you M/s DHFL and the systems created to cheat and blackmail the people.
You have cheated, looted so many innocent helpless people when they’re stucked critically.
You’ve gone to a level of cheating and blackmailing where they had to either sell off their property for survival or even some might have done suicides.
How can such unethical people and the company survive till date. No one can go away from law of karma after such wrongdoing. Your time might be over by now or very soon.
Ironically even though I’m as an entrepreneur and is now capable giving homeloan to many people, was also a victim to your frauds at one point of time.
M/s DHFL and everyone including your employees who are supporting this wrongdoing will cry from life and think what happened to us ?? You wouldn’t know this is result of your bad karmas in past.
At least tomorrow is not gone yet. Try to restore as much as possible or shut your business. This would help you only. Think peacefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are cheaters. Never take any loan from this DHFL bank. I wanted to close the loan becz I took 843000 loan,since I had already paid more than 6.5 lacs in 5 years but still loan amount balance was 7,93,307. Now the biggest problem was when I wanted to close d loan. The accounts team infact the dhfl staff is so under qualified for this job that they could not differentiate between UTR number and bank account number. They kept my payment for several days and didn't want to clear the balance saying the UTR number is not matching. Sandeep jadhav, shraddha mayekar, Leonard who happens to be d manager are all under qualified and doesn't know what happening. Now in this situation we were stuck becz the weren't returning the payment not processing it against the loan. This is a non financial bank guys plz don't take any loan from them. Since its a non financial company it doesn't matter to them Wat reviews we give to them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHFl most inefficient people recruited watch CCTV recoding 1730 hrs dated 19.07.2017 service desk 1 & 2 how customers kept waiting & Receptionist chatting to own staff
First of all they charge on monthly basis they don't charge daily basis rate of interest
Loan closure happen on between 5th to 25th of month
For loan statement they need minimum 7 days they don't offer loan statement even you visit the branch ? Strange whereas they all are online working
They don't respond to mail's forces customer to visit branch ?
RS 1000 charged to retrieve document
Rs 590/- taken to issue for closure charges ?
After paying so much service is so poor
Staff seems to be arogant
Great suggest avoid DHFL they sanction loan fast but looting customer either on interest rate & other hidden charges
