When I received only 3 plants out of which 2 were in bad condition, I contacted them, they were very quick to revert and they immediately sent the plants again. Really appreciate how they handled this issue. The plants received now are in great condition, really like the packaging and the coir pots too. Going to order a lot of plants from them.

Soil is good and no damage to leaves or roots . Came in eco-friendly coir pots. The package has, plant care details, soil composition details. Overall a good experience. Customer service was friendly and quick.
