Construction quality is good with balconies Every room and spacious floor plan. Best and very good people stay here and all make happy living and fun loving.All Festivals Celebrate in society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society committee is very efficient regulated corporation water connection for entire building + borewell and STP system for water cleaning, power backup for common areas and lifts.parking allotment done by builder. Club house and swimming pool work is in progress. Educated and peaceful residents

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is best in hiranandani estate but rock castle is constructing illegal drive way for their parking which was not in the approved plan.. they are just making it for the ease of 10-12 cars and converting the children area for the same activity...
Because of the owner of platinum heritage all this mess is created.. somewhere platinum heritage owner is playing dual role, allowing Rock castle CHS to make changes in soceity against the plan submitted in TMC.. no parking, no kids play area,
Owner of this property is not at all reliable, very cheap.. he just not putting his steps forward for OC.. there is no OC for this building..
Builder has all money for his lavish life style, coming up with more property in thane but not responding to us.
He is just a false guy, putting residents in trouble by not giving OC.. eaten all money and not showing up.
If builder commenting in my review is trustworthy, then why he can't put his steps forward for OC.. he is a cheater and so his all projects are..

Whatever facility you will find in this society is because of the hard working CHS.. builder has done nothing except cheating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best residency in Hiranandani Estate like Rodas enclave. Wonderful apartment with almost all facility, plenty of parking area for both residents and visitors, gym, garden. Platinum heritage is surrounded by trees and greenery.
