After giving feedback to HONDA. They took your matter seriously & provide solution.
Advisor evergreen dialog during FOC alignment check-
Sir, machine khrab hai alignment ki. Maine check kr lia aapke vehicle ka alignment shi h.
~Machine khrab hai to bai check kaise kr lia. Agr aese orally check hone lga to company machine kyo banaegi.

Service adviser of platinum Honda are Soo rude and not supportive they will ignore you and you have to run here and there for your work.
They will not do your car service properly and they will say that your service is done properly but that would be lie.

They actually do the service from above make you feel that they have done. I have to tell them that u forgot to do this and that. Worst experienced this time. Platinum honda please do something before you loose the customer trust.
