The building staff is also excellent
Only concern is the approach road in the morning there are thousands of people walking on the streets to reach to their work places and with the damaged road it’s difficult to reach. Authorities should be approached for repair of the roads.
Laying of a cable by DHVVNL started monsoon which is so unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be prepared for visitor parking woes.... designated parking places outside the tower are also reserved for occupants inside the tower in the name of reserved parking...ideally it is the responsibility of builder to atleast provide parking meant for visitors visiting the building.

Paid parking available for outsiders.
There is cafeteria on 6th floor serves food as well as snacks.The food quality is average.
There is helpdesk where you can contact for details of companies and employees.

Concentrix is present at 4th floor in modelma tower/platinum tower
Concentrix has Hp, Tvs, mmtl process
Canteen facilities available inside the Concentrix and there is a common big Canteen available for all at 6th floor
To reach platinum tower you have to take sharing auto from SHANKAR CHOWK/INDUSLND METRO STATION at 10/- and from kapasera border it is in walking distance
Security of buildings premises is good
Locker facility available in Concentrix
Nearby street food available for employees
No smoking area you have to go outside office at JEETU bhai shop
Washroom available inside office premises & outside office behind the lift
Atm facility available for employees
Coffee/tea machine available in each floor
Need biometric card to enter at office premises
Not allowed mobile phones in floor in few process if Concentrix
Lift and stairs both are available
Vistors are allowed only in reception
Office infrastructure was good
Environment of office is good
Staff behaviour was cooperative
