★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is on the 1st Floor. They operate between 10am and 3pm on weekdays and between 10am and 2pm on Saturday. It's closed on Sunday. The staff is cordial and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please Do not work with the sales manager Mr. Tapas chatterjee. He use to do a lot of fraudulent activities like login policy with different agent's name, misbehave with employees, threatning call and many more. And the agency Management don't take action against him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever I get in first visit, and I decide that is my last also.A very simple and normal service I had in that office to submit insurance premiums and received an acceptance receipt and for that only I had to wait approximately 2 hours while in counter there are none any others customer but only me. The counter front staff are so lazy and don't care types.
