★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a little premium place were the quantity of food dosent always justify the price, BUT the quality does. Generally the items are very tasty and I would sugget you to go with a open mind and open taste... You will find a very good veriety to choose from. The ambiance is good but the place is a bit noisy. Nachos, Pasta, Chickn jerks are some item suggestions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst restaurant I've ever been to. The food was average... nothing exceptional. The service we got was disappointing. Covid has really hit some businesses hard and polkadot is surely suffering. There was one waiter who was super rude and arrogant..had to ask twice for everything. We had to ask them to switch on the AC as they didn't really care about customer experience. We got dirty plate.( Attaching picture of the same) really disappointed..i suggest you don't visit this restaurant if you're planning to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We decided to go to place where meals are varied with less quantity so that we could try different items at one sitting. We ordered the chicken schnitzel served on a bed of fries and tomato sauce cooked with some vegetables and peppers. Chicken teriyaki with steamed rice , and soups - Tom kha and cream of mushroom . Each item was delicious , well made , well presented and overall great to eat. A few standouts were the fries which put McDonald's to shame, the schnitzel itself was crisp and well cooked ..the additional sauce which we requested along with the teriyaki and the Tom kha soup which was a lovely coconut based broth perfect for the cold weather. I would definitely recommend to all shoppers or people looking for something different to check this place out. The only negative was that there was no handwash facility within the restaurant and the service charge is expensive at 10% and was not given as an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is usually very busy with crowds coming in large numbers during the weekends. The service was average as the staff members, although good at explaining the dishes on the menu, had a very unhappy look on their faces while doing so.
I received Chicken Roast instead of my order of Chicken Schnitzel, which was neither informed prior to serving nor was it up to the mark. The other orders, the Prawns Tapas and the Mango Pie were amazing, but the rush at the restaurant made me run through them rather than enjoying at my own pace.
The place is on the higher side of pricing but is still recommendable if they can make the experience more comfortable. A server with a smile would be a nice beginning.

Also I tried some hard drinks here which were really disappointing.
Bottom Line - come here if you like chicken with some pizza but do not expect to have some with rum with it

This restaurant is situated in Western mall. It is a little premium place where the quantity of food doesn’t always justify the price, BUT the quality does. You will find a very good variety to choose from. The veg pizza was thin-crust and delicious, enchiladas and risotto are also delicious.
The staff is polite and responsive.
