★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 star then I would do that! Terrible experience of dealing with the lady Ashlesha, absolutely unprofessional and devoid of moral ethics. Not sure about patient/elderly care but I would never suggest Portea for babysitter/nanny care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For an emergency we needed nursing care at home. A call to Portea Medical Team of Sanakke and Amit Chopde at around 8 am in the morning resulted in a nurse, duly COVID certified at our doorstep at 1 pm. Over the course of four days over which home treatment was required, the nurse handled the patient very nicely and took care of all the injections that were required to be given.

I took service of portea in 2015 it wass excellent.Based upon my impression now again (Dec 05th 2021) I booked but it was horrible.
Pathetic service and not well trained physiotherapy therapist. Highly priced for just 25 min therapy Rs6000 for 10 days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The People who run the organisation and Interact with us are very Good and Professional. But they do not have nay trained or Professional Nanny at least in Pune Location .
We had 3 people sent to us for baby sitting and none of them were professional.
Baby Sitter spending Hours over the phone while baby sitting.
Not Being Kind and Polite to Baby
Zero Experience in Handing Kinds
Not Punctual at all and Taking leave frequently and Unplanned.
These are some the complains I have with with staff.
Honestly I expected better services from Protea. But it has been very disappointing
