★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Kurta that was taken started tearing from sleeves after a wear, I pointed out to the owners the small shop(son) about the poor quality of the material and requested him to speak to his wholesaler regarding this and offer a solution. The owner at the small shop started blaming me for not using the dress in the right manner, sweating profusely, hence happening, not washing properly, ironing it at a high temperature, etc. Basically, every excuse in the book to point the finger at the client and not accepting the substandard quality of their product. He even claimed to a point to escape the blame, very arrogantly that I am the only one with whom this has happened even though he has sold this product to other people. He was extremely rude to speak and at no point in the 25 mins long conversation, ready to accept his fault or of the wholesaler. Never had such a horrible customer service from any other place. And I’ve in fact bought so many pieces of clothing from there, yet no respect of being their frequent customer. The owner couldn’t watch his tone at all while speaking and kept getting into an altercation about how I am at fault. Seen him behave like this with other customers too at the shop when their mistake was pointed out. What a horrible experience. Definitely not going back and not recommending it to anyone. Utter scam! The staff and this owner particularly needs lesson on manners and good salesmanship.

They have very trendy and fresh designs.
They have festive well and regular wear dresses, kurtis and dress pieces.
Quality of dresses is amazing.
The staff if very Polite and helpful.
They have clothes in plus size upto 4xl as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posh is really nice shop for buying heavy dresses. The range starts from 4.5k. The salesman understand customer very nicely after looking 2 3 Choice of the customer salesman understand what exactly and what kind of look and design customer is looking.
I been only twice but i never left with empty hands. We really had a nice experience.
