I had all my documents and for the proof of correspondence address I had a notarized rent agreement. The person refused to help as he said notarized rent agreement is not acceptable and you need to have registered rent agreement. I left from there and later on searching the internet found that all PSKs are advised to accept notarized as well as registered rent agreements. I had downloaded that paper for the official passport website and got back to the PSK with a print out. After asking him to accept my credentials he still refused to help saying you should go to the Lucknow PSK as it is the Head PSK. After his tantrums and deception failed to me he call someone and said that there a case in which the candidate is not going to main PSK in Lucknow just because he is in a hurry and he doesn't have registered rent agreement. Never did he told that person on the call that I do have a genuine proof that notarized rent agreement is acceptable. Although the person on the call simple said to accept my form and write "Address Verification Required". This wasn't it. He made me sit there and told me that your form cannot be submitted because there's is an error as you are late. I said to him that this is because of you and you should have been knowing what documents are acceptable and what aren't. He continued to telling me it is not possible for him to do anything and I'll have to take another appointment. Later when I stood staring at his computer when another candidate's biometric was verified. He said ok you sit there and wait for 10 minutes. Then he called me and did my biometrics and photo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bad part is that the staff sitting there is not much helpful. They do not care about the appointment time and get open on its suitable time. I get the appointment at 09:30 and reporting time was 09:15 morning. The staff comes after 10 at their own sweet time..
They also lack in clarity of information never give you correct/full information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad .the appointment time was 9:30 and the staff didnt arrived till 10:00 . I was sitting and waiting with my old parents(senior citizen)
After enquiry the guard confirmed that this is the routine and staff always arrives after 10:30
I request if such is the case they should not give early appointments.
Requestinv officials to take necesary actions related to the same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rating is because of the service and the staff. Since it is a psk therefore do not expect any tatkaal application. They are super super slow. When it comes to discipline. The staff arrives at 10.30 am. Independent of what appointment time you get, you won't be entertained before 10.30 am.
When it comes to service. The staff is not aware of the rules and regulations. When it comes to behavior, they are rude and not very supportive.
True Suggestion- APPLY FROM LUCKNOW.
"I had to cancel my free international trip (under MHRD) because of this office. "

The only thing that shocked me was that even though the system generates your appointment at 09:15 AM, office will be opening only after 10:00 AM. They don't care for your sequence no. and appointment time, the one who reaches early gets his work done.
Behaviour of the staff members was good enough.
