Teaches with the right techniques, making it impactful. Have seen amazing result since I have joined here. Praveen who also assists me in my workout keeps me motivated throughout. Overall an amazing place with amazing coaches. Would truly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had taken 1year membership in golds gym ,when I have started thr to work out my body was pumping for only 3hrs then again my body was coming to normal ,because of AC my body was not supporting for that AC , then I started my workout here in Suresh sir gym I got very good result in 3months ,very friendly atmosphere really I m very greatful to that gym,still I m happy with my good physic
