★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gated community, small housing society. Well maintained, neat and clean. Parking available for all flats. Function hall and other facilities. Association people are very good and cooperative. There are three blocks with lifts. Small garden area, garbage room, STP connection. Celebrate all festivals. CCTV camera and gate security for 24/7.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed here with my family. This is not the place for anyone to stay. Here the flat owner specially the association treat themself as Godfather of the whole building. Association is horrible. They have created one WhatsApp group with all the tenants and make themself as an admin and restricted others to send any msg or reply to the mgs in the group, and they will inform to everyone that we are maintaining it very well and because of that there are no complain in the group. Boss give permission to the tenant and then see how it will bombard with complains.
- Every alternate day there will be water problem.
-Every alternate day they will change the rule and they will change it as per their convenience. We 3 friends taken flats here for rent and we 3 left because of the association behaviour. This place is not for North Indian .
