There are many problems with builder and landlord and The list does not end here.
They pretend to be professional but they are not. They don't complete the work on time. They never give response on time. They behave like they are customers to us and we are working for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally "WASTE of MONEY", -flat has many issues such as paint coming out from wall in many places, water leakage at bathroom, all equipments in gym not working, no cauvery connection, not able to walk in terrace because of bad water pipeing work done by builder. Begur areas also not good, extremely dust and polution everywhere, no trees or park in locality, sick place!!! ???
