★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flat is in begur but it's biggest drawback is its commercial which is planned infront of the building. Building is G+4 and commercial is G+2. But point to note is commercial will cover almost third floor of building. You will not get front view even if you book third floor. Also their marketing and sales team is the laziest person and most inactive. Not sure why is it so. Even for landowner share, they will claim, commercial will be till 2nd floor of building, not telling truth just to sale their unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flat is located in Begur Main road. But there is no progress since last one month. Possession date is moving every month and there is no commitment from builder. You can easily find there are hardly any workers at the site. Builder has also switched off his phone and it's getting difficult to trust them. More over some flats have seen seepage issue which builder is taking long time to resolve. There is no oversight on OC and when purchasers can move in. Also hearing payment issue. Workers have not been paid for more than a month. New buyers- please wait until OC comes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased flat in this building. Builder suppose to complete the building by July 21 end. Still the building not in proper leaving condition.We planned to move there but menimum basic things for leaving like electricity water car parking nothing is there properly .No maintanance. No cleaning work. And seepage issue is there in so many flats. even in my new flat outside wall seepage is there. For last 4 month builder is not fixing it. They committed to fix but fake promise. Building construction quality also very poor. So many people got dengue because of there no proper water cleaning system.I stayed there only 2 days and I got dengue and hospitalized. New buyer please chk all this things before buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder has compromised on quality. All the flats have seepage and air crack issue. Even outside the apartment there are air cracks which is easily visible. Basement parking has turned into a swimming pool. Like Saibya Senary and Saibya Sterling, this project is also delayed by more than a year. Builder and land owner both are not ready to listen to the flat owners. They just sold their flats by giving false promise. New buyers- There are close to 10-15 unsold units which sales person is trying best to convince new customers. Please talk to flat owners who are already living before investing your hard earned money. This is definitely not a place to invest your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project is already running in more than 1 year delay. Even if 50% occupants are living there , amenities are not build up. Absolutely no commitment from the builder. Even no ETA has been given for completion of work. Construction work is going on for amenities but all in a snails pace. Builder does not pick up the phone . Cracks started coming inside the flats within 3 months. Cracks are everywhere outside. Forcefully builder started maintenance without informing anybody. Would suggest to think twice before purchasing flat from this builder.
