★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst builder in Banaglore.. very arrogant... money minded.. most of the time Lift doesn't work... lots of power cut... they don't have their own EB supply...Water issue..many times no water...worst community I have ever stayed.. Suggestion for buyers and tenants- plz check with the family who are staying there(preferably with the tenants)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent house on this apartment. Very high maintenance 4k to 5k without any basic facility. Arrogant Maintenance team. Lift wont work most of the time and tenants will be charged for all repairing and buying new things for the facility. Cars will be damaged and scratches will be planted. No allocated parking space.

Main advantage is the area surrounded by lots of shops , hospital, school etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic builder, under maintained lifts, chaotic parking spaces and garbage management is unheard of. There is no water connection from bbmp and only borewell water. Giving one star because it's the least. Not a place worth living in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst condition, dumping area is not covered and smells very badly and no one comes to pick up dumbed garbage if you complain also no one listens. Only a single lift is working others are not yet working. The whole society is having leakage problems. Toxic air because surrounded by factories.
