As suggested by my doctor I had joined yoga, and it helped me a lot to conceive despite of me being overweight. Prachi is really helpful and knowledgeable trainer, she gives personal attention and modifies asanas as per your bodies requirement. I m currently attending her prenatal yoga class which has helped me to keep my back pain in check. Would like to recommend her class to everyone.

I searched for prenatal yoga and took a free session. It was very effective and planned to join. I am doing for last 2months and could find satisfactory results. I found prachi’s Sattvayoga on Instagram page. I had joined classes when I was 5months pregnant still doing yoga with her right now I m 9months pregnant.She has not only thought to stay calm but also taught so many yoga poses which has helped me for my back aches and swelling.The best part of Prachi is she gives personal attention she gives her 100%.Her garbhsanskar session are amazing I suggest to each and every mom to join Prachi yoga classes.

I’ve been regularly attending this wonderful prenatal yoga and garbhasanskaar class by Prachi. Prachi has helped me keep pregnancy related aches and pains at bay and kept me flexible throughout this journey. I look forward to the batches as they are a source of relaxation in this busy life. Her garbhasanskaar sessions are very informative and interactive. I recommend this class to all pregnant women.

I had joint Prachi’s prenatal yoga in my 4th month of pregnancy, believe me wouldn’t find a better person than her. She has guided me so well throughout my journey. With her simple tips I had a beautiful pregnancy journey. Prachi is an amazing guide and mentor who takes an extra added effort to make one comfortable. With all the asanas and breathing exercises I have loved my pregnancy journey. Her Garbh sanskar sessions were so well planned and innovative. Prachi joining your yoga sessions was one of the best decisions. I would definitely recommend all expecting ladies to join as you wouldn’t get a better person to teach than her. One of the best decisions I took was to join these yoga classes. I join Prachi's session during my 32 week. After suffering from COVID-19 and sever viral infection during my pregnancy and a very sedentary lifestyle I had very low hopes that I could ever have a normal delivery but thanks to all the guidence and support from Prachi I had a smooth Natural delivery (without epidural) and a very smooth 3rd trimester. With all the breathing exercises and various asanas taught by here they really help me during my labor.

I have been following Prachi Sattva Yoga since my 4th month for prenatal yoga. I absolutely recommend her as she provides individual attention according to weeks and special needs. Her Yoga and Garbhasanskar classes make a pregnant woman very confident and comfortable during their pregnancy journey.With a regime of asanas specific to pregnant woman, you can easily avoid problems like foot swelling/ tiredness and depression etc. Also aim and ready your body for a normal delivery. I wish her all the success and recommend her prenatal yoga classes
