They will not provide you any bill and later when problem comes they will ask for bill and say without bill you need to pay extra charges and the chair was much cheaper than what you are saying you purchased it.
Aweful experience and pathetic product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience,it use to be a top place till about 7-8 years back.The person handling their phone is probably the most rudest person alive,not having the manners to talk to females.Pragati Furnitures will charge advance from you when you book a product and will collect the full payment before delivery and then the customer is at their mercy,very unprofessional people

When you go n buy furniture they will attend you very nicely but after that if any problem you are facing ( you will get for sure). They will give you zero service ? poor very very poor ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're willing to bear the pain and have all the time in the world to play the game then you must buy overpriced furniture from here. Approximately 3-4 people will come to take measurements, understand what you want and then nobody talks to each other to deliver the wrong custom designed product and they'll blame you on top of it that you didn't tell which one was final.
They are incompetent, incapable, rude, expensive, fraudulent, and unforgivable.
They have all the tactics in the world to block your money and make you pay for their mistakes.
If this is the kind of fun you're looking at in your life, Pragati is the place for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bloody thieves..sell items at exorbitant prices and start talking rudely after selling.. warranty is of no use..they will give you faulty items at first and won't listen to you after that.. please don't waste your hard earned money.. please don't buy anything from them..I am telling this from my own experience
