The course is well structured as it covers the history of yoga, anatomy, asanas, pranayama, mudras, and practical classes. This course provides the fundamental and in-depth knowledge for preparing someone who would like to be a yoga teacher in the future. Thank you Pratish Sir????

Also, i wanted to bring about change in life so I had the “why not” attitude. But the 5 days of Pranayam training brought me positivity and unexpected calm.
