โ โ โ โ โ One of the Spacious society to live in, Beautiful concept and Huge green area . In short best society for kids to grow and Adults to live in ,but market condition have slowed a pace.

Amazing entry absolutely like a fort.

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent New project based on Rajasthani architecture. Though on the Alwar Bhiwadi state highway, the surrounding is still a village and not a developed town. It will take atleast 7-10 for the surrounding area to come at par with the project

โ โ โ โ โ Project is delayed, still no idea when it will be delivered. I booked under "NO EMI subvention scheme". Now Builder has stopped paying EMI. Flat is not ready and builder forcing me to pay EMI. If I don't pay , it will effect my CIBIL score. builder has nothing to do with it. They just stopped paying EMI. Very unprofessional, they are not even responding to my communication.

โ โ โ โ โ Project is good and concept of residence society is also unique. But very slow progress. I have booked flat in 2015. Now 4 years passed but still no possession date finalized.

and complete of the remaining development works of the project with the assistance of a third party.
Project is lapsed ..plz dont do any FRESH booking in project

โ โ โ โ โ The progress is slow and they have given possession for one tower without the proper infrastructure inside and club house. Although they have taken advance payment for everything. Construction is going on very very slowly.
