They have parking spaces, swimming pool, playground, swings, an in-house club for all its residents. The flats are very spacious and designed with all the necessities in mind. There are hospital, schools and marketplace near the apartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience - Excellent. Moderate society with, small playing area for children, Volleyball ? court, small lawn to play cricket and club house with pool table and gym. Club house can also be booked fo small occasions like birthday party, engagement at ₹2000/- per day. Gym machines, and equipments are very old, no basic facility to do legs workout. Overall, a great society to live in. ?
