★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company Landmark Group is a known fraud. They have taken hundreds of crores of rupees from home buyers but have not handed over their houses. Some of their projects are late by over 12 years.
Maintenance of Golden Villas and Golden Heights is pathetic. Even the sweepers don't turn up. Yet they keep threatening to disconnect power and water connections of house owners.

This place is just for looks with ABSOLUTELY MIN TO NO SERVICES. IF you got spare cash n want to splurge then you can go for this property otherwise not worth it better take a vacation to a resort atleast you would get better services.

High maintenance with minimal services
No electricity most of the time, power backup just for namesake
No leisure activities
No transport connectivity
Healthcare , Hospitals not in close vicinity in case of emergency
Property price to High for what it offers
Mobile network connectivity issue
Electricity is too expensive 10rs/unit , daytime robbery.
Nh8 highway noise negates the tranquility it may appear to first time observer.
If you require or work via internet then you are doomed if you move to this property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located at Delhi-Jaipur Highway, a gated community with 500 yard, 1050 yard and low rise flats as well. It is place to live peacefully and with nature. It is less crowded and with lot of greenery.
