1. Parking issue.
2. Maintenance staff response very poor.
3. Housekeeping very bed.
4. Water availability issue is common for everyone.
5. Selling flats with false commitment.
6. Grean area very less as per requirement.
7. Parking place on main road.
8. Construction quality very poor.
9. Other lots of comman issue there, so don't prefer to buy flats here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best and fastest developing society in the heart of Bhiwadi. This society is nicely located with lush green farms surrounding it. Trehan is a renowned developer and is know for delivering the flats before time to their owners in all of their past projects.
This society is more than 50% built and occupied in just a short span of a year. Owners are getting possession well within the promised time. The construction quality is far better when compared from other builders. This is a G+2 low-rise society with all basic amenities like garden, kid park, car/bike parking and 100% maintenance with/without power backup. There are also temple and shops inside and outside of this society.
